Every station follows a 1 km run. Sled weights include the sled. Wall ball target height is shown under the ball weight.
Rules change between seasons. Always check the official HYROX rulebook for your race.
Hyrox weights by category
Hyrox is the same 8 stations everywhere, but the loads change with your category. Open and Pro divisions use different sled weights, farmers carry kettlebells, sandbags and wall balls, and Doubles teams follow the load for their division. The distances stay the same for everyone: a 1 km run between every station, 8 km of running in total.
Use the category buttons to see the exact numbers for your division. The sled push and pull weights include the weight of the sled. For wall balls you also get the target height, which is different for women and men.
Why does it matter? Because training with the right loads tells you how far you really are from race day. If the farmers carry in your category is 2 x 24 kg and you have only held 2 x 16 kg, you know what to work on. Pair this guide with the race time calculator to see what each station costs you, and the gym substitute finder to train the heavy stations with the kit you have.
