Privacy

The short version

• The free tools run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us.
• We only get your contact details if you type them into the "Send me my result" box or give them at checkout.
• Analytics cookies only load if you accept them. You can say no and still use everything.
• We never see your card or bank details. Payments happen at a secure checkout run by our payment provider.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Who we are

This site is run by India Fit Co., Sector 86, Faridabad ("we", "us"). For anything about your data, email help@indiafit.shop. Our Grievance Officer is India Fit owner, at the same email address.

What stays on your device

Some tools save information in your own browser (this is called local storage). It never leaves your device unless you choose to send it.

• The PR tracker saves the times and notes you log.
• The calculator and the gym substitute finder remember your last choices.
• The site remembers your cookie choice and whether you closed the plan bar.

Clearing your browser data removes all of it. The PR tracker has an export button so you can keep a copy.

What we receive when you use the result box

If you type your email or WhatsApp number into "Send me my result", we receive that contact detail, the name of the tool, a short summary of your result and the page you were on. We use it to send you your result and to answer you. The box is handled by our form provider, Formspree, which processes the message for us.

What we receive when you buy

When you buy a plan you go to a secure checkout run by our payment provider. We receive your name, email address, phone number and any billing details you entered, plus the product, price, date, payment status and transaction ID. We do not receive or store your full card number, UPI PIN or bank login details. Our payment partners handle those, and their own privacy policies cover what they collect.

Why we use your data

We use your data to process your payment and deliver your plan; to give you access and support; to send order and service messages; to stop fraud and misuse and to enforce our Terms, including our licence rules; to answer payment disputes and chargebacks; to keep records for tax, accounting and legal reasons; to improve the site and our products; and to send you updates and offers about our plans by email or WhatsApp. You can stop marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. Order and service messages are not marketing and will continue.

Who we share it with

Only as needed: our checkout platform, payment partners and banks; our delivery, email, messaging, hosting and analytics providers; our professional advisers; and authorities or courts when the law requires it or to protect our rights. If a payment is disputed, we may share order, delivery, access and communication records with the payment provider and your bank. If we sell or restructure the business, your data may move to the new owner under this policy. We do not sell your personal data. Some of our providers store or process data outside India.

Analytics and cookies

If analytics are switched on, we use Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to see which pages and tools people use, and whether buy buttons are pressed. They load only after you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, they never load.

Once loaded, these services may collect things like the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location and the actions you take on the site (for example "result generated" or "buy button pressed"). Meta Pixel may also be used to measure advertising. Each provider has its own privacy policy.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Hosting and fonts

• Hosting. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel keeps basic server logs, which can include your IP address.
• Fonts and styling. Your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and may load styling from a content delivery network. Those providers can see your IP address when your browser asks for the files.

Public leaderboard

If the public leaderboard is switched on and you choose to share a result, we store the display name, city, category and time you submit. After review, they appear publicly. To ask for an entry to be removed, email us.

How long we keep things

We keep your data for as long as we need it for the reasons above, including tax, accounting, legal and dispute records, which can be several years. We delete or anonymise it when we no longer need it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards and choose reputable providers. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot promise that data will never be lost, accessed or misused by others. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for that where it is caused by something outside our reasonable control.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent for marketing. Email help@indiafit.shop from the address you used, and we will reply within 30 days. We may ask you to prove who you are. We may keep data that the law says we must keep, or that we need to handle a dispute or enforce our Terms. Deleting your data may end your access to anything you bought. You can also complain to our Grievance Officer, and we will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 18, and you must be 18 or older to buy. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you think a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this page. The date at the top shows the latest version.
