1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and the digital products sold through it. By using the site, or by buying a product, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy.

The site is run by India Fit Co., Sector 86, Faridabad ("we", "us"). You can reach us at help@indiafit.shop.

2. What we offer

• Free tools: a race time calculator, a weights and standards guide, a readiness quiz, a gym substitute finder and a personal records tracker.
• Paid plans: digital training plans and a bundle, bought through our secure checkout. Each comes with bonus guides.
• Articles: general training guides on the blog.

3. The free tools give estimates

The tools work from what you type in. Their results are estimates, not promises, and not official race results. The starting values in the calculator are rough placeholders, not official averages.

Station weights and rules can change between seasons. Always check the official HYROX rulebook for your race. We try to keep the guide accurate but we cannot guarantee it is current.

4. Health, safety and assumption of risk

Everything on this site and in our products is general fitness information. It is not medical advice and it is not a plan made for your body. Exercise carries risk. Hyrox style training includes running, heavy carries, pushing, pulling, jumping and high effort work, and it can cause injury or illness, and in rare cases serious harm.

Talk to a doctor before you start, especially if you have a health condition or an injury, have heart or blood pressure problems, are pregnant, or are new to exercise. Do not train through pain, dizziness, chest pain or breathing trouble. Take extra care in heat and humidity.

The nutrition, hydration, supplement and recovery pages in our guides are general guidance with approximate figures. They are not a diet plan.

You decide whether to use any part of the site or our products. You do so entirely at your own risk, and you accept all risk of injury, illness, loss or damage that comes from training or from following what we publish.

5. No promise of results

We do not promise any result, race time, finish, ranking, weight change, fitness level or protection from injury. Results depend on your body, effort, health, recovery and many things we cannot control.

6. Buying a plan

You must be 18 or older to buy. Plans, the bundle and their bonus guides are sold as digital downloads. Prices are in Indian rupees, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. When you press a buy button you go to a secure checkout run by our payment provider, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to your payment. This site does not take your payment details.

We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time. A price change does not affect an order you have already paid for. If a price is shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud or misuse, we may cancel the order and refund what you paid for it.

Delivery. We deliver digitally, usually right after your payment is confirmed, to the email address or phone number you give at checkout. Delivery is complete when we send you, or show you, access to the content. You are responsible for giving correct details and for checking your inbox, spam and promotions folders. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by wrong details, blocked emails, your device or your internet connection. If you have not received your content within 24 hours of a successful payment, email us with your order details within 7 days.

7. No refunds

All sales are final. The content is digital, you get access as soon as you pay, and it cannot be returned. We do not refund or cancel for a change of mind, buying the wrong plan, not using the content, not getting the result you hoped for, injury or illness, a missed or cancelled race, or finding a lower price later.

The only exceptions are: you were charged more than once for the same product (we refund the extra payment); you paid but we cannot deliver the content within 7 days of you telling us; the file is broken and we cannot give you a working copy within 7 days; or what you received is materially different from what the product page described and we cannot fix it within 7 days. We may fix the problem instead of refunding, for example by resending the content or replacing the file.

To ask, email help@indiafit.shop within 7 days of payment with your name, the email or phone number you used at checkout, your order or transaction ID, and a clear description of the problem. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, for the amount you paid for that product only, and your access ends.

8. Your licence to the plans and guides

When you pay, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the plan, and the bonus guides that come with it, for your own training, on your own devices. One purchase is for one person.

You must not copy, share, forward, upload, post, sell, rent, lend or give the content to anyone else. You must not share your access link, take screenshots or recordings to pass on, use the content to coach or train other people or to run classes or groups, or remove any notice or branding from it. We keep all rights in the plans and guides. If you break this section, we may end your access straight away with no refund, and we may take legal action.

9. Using the site properly

Do not misuse the site. That includes trying to break it, scraping it in a way that harms it, or using it to break the law. If you use the public leaderboard, do not post names, cities or times that are false or that belong to someone else.

10. Public leaderboard

If the public leaderboard is switched on and you choose to share a result, your display name, city, category and time become public after review. We may remove or edit entries at our discretion. See the privacy page for how to ask for removal.

11. We are independent

This is an independent training guide. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by HYROX. HYROX is a trademark of its owner and is used here only to describe the sport.

12. Everything is provided as it is

To the fullest extent the law allows, we provide the site, the tools and our products "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. That includes any promise that they suit you, are free of errors or are always available. We may update, correct, replace or withdraw anything at any time. We do not have to give you updates.

13. Limit of our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, cost or claim that comes from your training or your use of the site or our products; (b) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost income, lost opportunity or loss of data; and (c) our total liability to you for anything connected with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any right or liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

14. You protect us

You agree to cover us for any claim, loss or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that comes from your breach of these terms or your misuse or unauthorised sharing of our content.

15. Payment disputes and chargebacks

Please email us before you raise a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider, so we can fix the problem quickly. If you raise a dispute, we may share your order, delivery, access and communication records with the payment provider and your bank to answer it, and we may suspend access to the content while it is open. If you charge back a payment that is valid under these terms, we may end your access permanently and recover our costs where the law allows.

16. Ending your access

We may suspend or end your access to the site or to our products without notice or refund if you break these terms, misuse our content, or if we suspect fraud.

17. Things outside our control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control. That includes internet or power failure, problems at our checkout, hosting, payment or email providers, government action, and natural events.

18. Changes

We may change the site, the products and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest update. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. The version shown on this site when you pay is the one that applies to your purchase.

19. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Faridabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any right you have under law to approach a consumer commission. Before you start any claim, please email us and give us 30 days to try to fix it.

20. Grievances

For any complaint about your order, the site or our content, contact our Grievance Officer: India Fit owner, Indiafit, help@indiafit.shop. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.

21. General

These terms and the Privacy page are the whole agreement between you and us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we do not lose it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or restructuring of the business.
